From ‘Zeitgeist’ the movie:

“Early civilizations did not just follow the stars but personified them with their myths. Horus is the sun god of Egypt in 3000 BC, he is the sun anthropomorphized. His life is a series of allegorical myths involving the suns movement in the sky. Horus had an enemy named Set, the god of darkness or night. Every morning Horus would win the battle over Set, while at sunset Set would win the battle sending Horus in to the underworld. Horus was born on Dec 25, of the Virgin Isis, accompanied by a  star in the east, adorned by 3 kings. He became a teacher at 12, had 12 disciples he traveled with performing miracles such as healing the sick and walking on water. After being betrayed by Typhon, was crucified and resurrected three days later. He was known as the truth, the light, lamb of god, god’s son. These attributes of Horus whether original or not, permeate across many cultures with the same structure.  Attis of Greece, 1200 BC born of a virgin on Dec 25^th, crucified, dead for three days and resurrected. Krishna of India 900 BC born of a virgin, accompanied by a star in the east signaling his coming, performed miracles, upon his death was resurrected. Dionysus, Greece 500 BC born of a virgin, traveled with twelve disciples, and performed miracles such as turning water into wine.  He was referred to as king of kings, alpha and omega, and upon his death was resurrected. Mithra of Persia 1200 BC born of a virgin had twelve disciples, performed miracles, dead for three days and resurrected, his day of worship was on Sunday. The question remains: why these attributes? Why the virgin birth on Dec 25? Why 12 disciples, and resurrection after three days?

Let’s examine the most recent of these solar deities. Jesus Christ was born of Virgin Mary on Dec. 25 in Bethlehem. His birth was announced by a star in the east, he was a child teacher at twelve, he traveled with twelve disciples, was referred to as king of kings, lamb of god and many others. After being betrayed by Judas he was crucified, and resurrected three days after his death. The birth sequence is completely astrological. The star in the east is Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky which on Dec. 25, aligns with the three bright stars of Orion’s belt, known in ancient times as the Three Kings. On this date they all  point towards the sunrise. This is why the three kings followed the star in the east to locate the sunrise. The birth of the son to the Virgin Mary is symbolic of the constellation Virgo. Virgo is also referred as the house of bread, the representation being a virgin holding a sheaf of wheat. This house of bread represented august and september, the time of harvest, the term Bethlehem literally means ‘house of bread.’ Also on the winter solstice the days become shorter, colder, the sun is at its lowest point in the sky, symbolizing death of the sun. By Dec 22 the sun demise is fully realized. Then it appears to stop moving south for three days and resides in the vicinity of the southern crux or cross constellation.
After this time on the 25th the sun moves one degree north, foreshadowed by longer days, warmth and spring. Thus it was said,  the ‘son’ died on the cross, was resurrected after three days, born again. This is why Jesus and other sun gods share these attributes. It is the sun’s transition period before shifting back to longer days. At the spring equinox, Easter, the sun overpowers darkness, and the revitalizing condition for spring emerge. The most obvious astrological symbolism of Jesus is the twelve disciples: they are the twelve houses of the zodiac. On the zodiac wheel can be seen the cross, representing the two equinoxes. Thus the cross symbol dates further back than Christianity, it was pagan adaptation of the cross of the zodiac.  This is why Jesus in early occult art is always shown on the cross. For the sun of god will come  again every morning, defending against the works of darkness, and can be seen in the clouds, up in heaven with his crown of thorns or “sun rays.”
Now of the many metaphors in the bible, one common one is the ages: the procession of the equinox. The ancient Egyptians and cultures before them, recognized every 2150 years the sun would rise on the morning of the spring equinox, at a different sign of the zodiac. This has to do with a slow angular wobble that the earth maintains as it rotates on its axis. It called a precession because the constellations go backwards contrary to the normal yearly cycle. This full 25,000 years for the full cycle is known as the great year. These 2150 period are ages. From 4100 to 2150 BC it was the age of Taurus the bull. From 2150 BC to 1 AD it was the ram. And from 1 AD to 2150 AD it is the age of Pisces, the age we are in today. In 2150 it will be the age of Aquarius. The bible reflects the symbolic movement through these three ages, while foreshadowing the fourth. In the old testament when Moses comes down Mount Sinai with the 10 commandment he is upset to see his people worshipping a gold calf. He strikes down the tablet and commands many of his people to kill themselves. Most scholars will attribute this anger to the fact they were worshipping a false idol. The reality is the golden bull is Taurus the bull, while Moses represents the new age of Aries the ram. This is why Jews today will blow the rams horn.  Upon the new age everyone must shed the old age. Other deities depict this same symbology. There is the tale of Mithra killing the bull. Now Jesus ushers in the age following Aries, the age of Pisces, the two fish. Fish is abundant in the new testament, Jesus feeds 5000 people with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish (Matt 14:17). When he begins his ministry walking along Galilee he briefed to fisherman following him. And everyone has seen the Jesus fish bumper sticker, without knowing what it means. Also Jesus’ assumed birthdate is the start of this age. At Luke 22:10 when Jesus’ disciples ask him where the location of the last supper will be, he says, “behold when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you bearing a pitcher of water…follow him into the house where he entered in.” This is perhaps one of the most revealing of all astrological references. The man bearing the pitcher of water is Aquarius who is always depicted as a man pouring out a pitcher of water. When the sun leaves the age of Pisces, (Jesus) it will go into the house of Aquarius.”
The implications of astrotheology, and the reason why it has been supressed throughout time, kept occult, is because it is saying that Jesus, Moses, Noah, and all the other Dieties and Heros mentioned throughout history are mere metaphor for the movements of stars and planets, and for various scientific concepts, like the Earth’s wobble. Michael Tsarion points out that astrotheology looks at archetypic geometries like shapes and the mysterious numbers corresponding to them, which appear in our cultures as symbols. Tsarion is a fan of Gerald Massey who wrote a book called Ancient Egypt: The Light Of The World,  where he discusses how Totemism (or representing the Gods and symbols through animals) preceded the religious tendency to anthropomorphize natural forces like wind, earthquakes, and constellations. The sign language of the Egyptians is full on animal Gods, symbolic of these natural forces, which are different from the later adaptations of the wind as the breath of God, and seeing human warriors in the shapes of stars clustered together. I wonder if this humanizing of everything nature is the beginning of the fall into Satanism (control) and holy wars.

The movie ‘Zeitgeist’ goes on to show how organized religion in modern day has cut its astrological ties, in favor of an omniscient, monotheistic diety which judges is and is thus used to spread doctrine and incite holy wars. Part 2 skips ahead to 9/11 and how it must have been perpetrated by these elites to further their agenda. The war on terror is the leatest in a series of wars, (WW1, WW2, vietnam) which the U.S. entered after inciting the enemy to make the first strike. In WW2 we incited the Japanese to bomb pearl harbor, for Vietnam we fabricated a fake attack all together, and on 9/11 it was a false flag inside job to get the citizens behind going into Iraq and Afghanistan. Part 3 is about how the elites get mega-rich from war profits, and also talked about the banking scandal called the Federal Reserve. Debt is created by the private elite bankers loaning money to the government with interest. But if they are making the currency, then where is the money going to come from that pays of this interest? Nowhere. Thus debt is built into the system, leaving the politicians at the mercy of these private banks.
